Leventhal, Ira

Ira Leventhal is the Vice President of Applied Research & Technology at Advantest America, Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in semiconductor testing, including memory, SoC, wireless device, and system-level test. Ira has led the design and development of multiple generations of ATE systems, and holds patents in a variety of test-related technologies. In his current role, Ira is focusing on how advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, cloud, and data analytics, can be catalysts for major advances in semiconductor test products and methodologies. Ira is an SBEE graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
